    Hello, hello!

So, I realized that I may have been slacking on my blog posts, again. Though one of my new year's resolution is to be consistent in blogging, I still haven't committed to it and it's almost the end of the year.

Yes, I panicked after realizing that I only have a few more days left before 2018, 92 days, to be exact.

I then had to ask myself, what can I do to keep up with one of my goals and be consistent. And, luckily, I found the answer in front of me: a thrift challenge. I've been wanting to do this since forever and I think it's time to jump in.

I got this top from one of the popular malls here in the city which has affordable clothes, shoes, accessories, even gadgets. For those who are planning to visit Cebu City, you should drop by 138 Mall in Colon. There are a lot of things you can find there and, if you’re thrifty like me, you’ll definitely get more than just one outfit with your 500Php there.

They have amazing Korean stores that sell thrift, quality, and trendy clothes, and look what I got? I don't look happy in the photos, but trust me, I am lol!

I got myself this top for only 99Php. I didn't pass the chance because, well, I’m a sucker for white, colors, and affordable items lol! My shorts was given to me by one of my best friends and this is one of my favorites, too.

I was trying to pull off the music-festival-chick style but the beach vibe is all I can give so, close enough (?).

I know the halter top trend is totally a throwback trend, cue in the ‘90s, but it’s really cute. Just a little history, Marilyn Monroe is considered as the mother of the halter neckling. Remember the famous white halter dress she wore in 1955? Yes, that’s the iconic halter neckline dress that made this trend happen and, as what they say, everything is history.

By the way, do you think the halter trend will last long? I think it will because it's something that can make a top or dress look good for day and night. What do you think?
